AMT Roofing & Maintenance ("we", "us", "our") operates www.amtroofingservices.co.uk. This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit or use this website, what we do with it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
AMT Roofing & Maintenance, based in Denton, Manchester. You can contact us at amtbuilding@outlook.com or 07495 359104.
What information we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (if you choose to provide it)
- The message you send us
We only collect this information when you submit it yourself through the form — we don't collect personal information from visitors just browsing the site.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your roofing needs, and arrange or carry out any work you ask us to do. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
How your enquiry is processed
When you submit the contact form, it's handled by a third-party form processing service (Static Forms), which forwards the details to our email inbox. We don't run our own server to process this data — it passes through their platform as part of delivering your message to us.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit our site and which pages are popular. This is a privacy-focused analytics service that doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually — it only collects anonymous, aggregated statistics (like page views and general location by country/region). No personal data is collected through this analytics service.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where you go ahead with work, for the duration of the job and a reasonable period afterward for our own records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to how we're using it
To exercise any of these, just contact us at amtbuilding@outlook.com.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
